Terms of delivery

These delivery terms are valid from 1.1.2022.

Pauner.io is Pauner oy's international online store that sells products to adult consumer customers, companies, educational institutions, and agencies. The products are delivered from a warehouse located in Finland. The prices are shown in the online store without VAT. Pauner.io online store adds VAT% according to the delivery address, which is valid in the country according to the delivery address in the territory of the European Union. A company located in a European Union country outside Finland can purchase VAT at a price of 0% if, in connection with the order, state the valid EU VAT identification number of the buyer company. The online store checks the validity of the VAT tax number. The purchase price is VAT 0% if the VAT identification number in the check is found to be valid in a European Union country and the delivery address is outside Finland to the territory of the European Union.

The price charged for products delivered outside the European Union is 0% VAT. Pauner.io e-commerce prices do not include any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred for orders shipped to non-European countries. The buyer is responsible for customs duties and taxes for orders placed outside the European Union.

Products are ordered in the pauner.io online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying in the online store.

Payment: The pauner.io online store uses the PayPal payment system, where payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. In additional Klarna Payments payment method available in the countries where Klarna Payments operates.

Delivery costs: For deliveries to the European Union, the delivery cost is EUR 16 +VAT per order. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the delivery cost is 35 Eur per order.

Delivery methods: Deliveries to the Scandinavian region are sent by Postnord transport company. Deliveries to Central Europe and Southern Europe are sent by the GLS transport company. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union will be sent by FedEx.

Delivery time: Normally delivery time is 1-2 weeks. The customer will be notified in the online store or by e-mail after ordering if the delivery time of the product is longer.

Right of cancellation: Orders placed by companies and organizations do not have a right of return. Orders placed by consumer customers have a 14-day right of return. Before the return, the buyer must arrange an agreement with Pauner oy by e-mail <info (at) pauner.io> The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs arising from the return. The returned products must be returned to Finland to Pauner oy's warehouse. Returned products must be in their original sales packaging and their original condition. We reimburse the purchase price of the products in the PayPal system when the returned products have been checked and approved by Pauner oy in the company's warehouse in a new condition. Shipping costs incurred for shipping the ordered product will not be refunded.
